Move this text in the Layers panel below the gold text and position it to be visible through the hole you now have.

Select the last copy of the text

Text|Convert to Path

Modify|Ungroup

Modify|Alter Paths|Inset Path

Set Width to 2, click on Outside and click OK

Change fill to none and give it a 3px black stroke

Modify|Group

Move beneath the blue text
