Making Beveled Text with a Transparent Center Part 2

Click on Select|Save Bitmap Selection
(In FW4, it's Modify|Marquee|Save Selection)

Press Ctrl+D to turn off selection.

Delete the black layer from the Layers panel

Select the gold text, Select|Restore Bitmap selection Modify|Marquee|Restore Selection)

Press delete, You now have a bevel around a hole you can see through

Ctrl+D to turn off selecion

Place an image beneath the gold text so you can see through it.

Select one of the black copies of text and fill it with a glass color or the color you'd like to look like glass.

Lower the opacity to about 5-10 percent
