Each of the tutorials deal with a specific subject and is taught step by step. The presentation does not go into lengthy explanations, instead it is a step by step and task oriented type of book. You'll be given every setting needed to achieve the results of each particular task. The layout of the book is clean and easy to use -- not cluttered and confusing. It is also in full color and heavily illustrated.

I won't go through the entire list of techniques but I'll mention a some of the highlights. A very popular task is that of removing a person from their background. It utilizes the Extract tool but there is a trick used that will change the way you use Extract, but I'm not going to give it away :-)

Some of the other highlights include dealing with photos which have too much flash and/or digital noise. There a numerous tasks on making color corrections, retouching and body sculpting.
