Web Design Complete Course is written for the aspiring Web designer. It looks at the big picture and yet offers insight about the detail of using a specific tool where necessary. The goal of the book is to discuss the concepts and techniques of building a Web site, including planning, graphic design, code and content development and deployment of a project, while offering practical and sound advice for using Macromedia Fireworks MX, ColdFusion and Dreamweaver MX—industry standards—for web design.

You will create the images needed for this sites design and lay it out in Dreamweaver. You’ll be adding drop-down type menus, a design that doesn’t fit “in the box” for that extra punch, and add a search engine to the site. You will develop a dynamic site with an image catalog that can be searched, display the purchase info for individual images and then the ability to purchase the product.
